Standard Rules For Promotions

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Must be a Rewards Club® member and at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in The Casino at Nemacolin promotions (hereinafter the “promotions”). Employees of The Casino at Nemacolin, its related companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, immediate family members of employees of The Casino at Nemacolin that are directly involved in the execution of the promotional event, and all persons listed on any Pennsylvania or The Casino at Nemacolin (“TCN”) Exclusion and/or Self Exclusion list(s) are ineligible to participate. Immediate family members are defined as a spouse, brother, sister, father, mother, child, or grandparent. Must have a valid, acceptable form of identification. Acceptable forms of identification include valid state-issued driver’s license, valid state-issued photo identification card, valid passport, or Green Card. Expired identification is defined as invalid and will not be accepted. No other form of identification will be accepted.

 

  1. STANDARD RULES: TCN promotions are open to all TCN Rewards Club® members unless otherwise noted in promotional rule submissions; TCN additionally reserves all rights to operate and execute private and invited events or promotions based on a specific criterion of its choice at its discretion. TCN is not responsible for any player tracking system malfunctions or failures; in the event of such an occurrence, TCN will provide entries for eligible and invited Rewards Club® members in a manner deemed fairest by management. The winner(s) are responsible for all associated licensing, fees and taxes. TCN reserves the right to award bonus entries via advertising, direct mail or other promotional means. TCN may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud or violation of promotional rules or other misconduct related to the promotion or otherwise. If unforeseen and unavoidable technical difficulties occur such as power outages, promotional kiosk malfunctions, etc. TCN reserves the right to execute the promotion, select winners or print valid entries through an alternate random method or reschedule the drawing to another available time or date.
  1. PRIZES; CLAIMING: Winning eligible and invited Rewards Club® members must claim their prize within the allotted time frame specified in each promotional rule submission. Hosts, Players Club associates, Slot attendants (or above), Floor Supervisors (or above) or a designated marketing employee may verify winners within the allotted promotional time frame if the winner cannot reasonably claim the prize at the designated promotional area within the allotted time frame. For cash prizes or prize items valued at over $125, guests will receive an IRS W9 form from the Rewards Club. For cash prizes or prize items valued at over $600, guests will receive an IRS W9 form and a 1099 form from the Rewards Club. In the event the player must play a game or pick from hidden prizes to determine their prize amount, they must respond within a reasonable timeframe. Appropriate timeframe to be determined by the designated marketing or player development employee. Refer to internal control 465a.7 for additional details relating to promotional prizes and procedures.

 

4. LIMITATIONS: Free Play, Direct Bet, dining credits, and discretionary offers are non-cashable. Rewards Club® members may win more than one prize per day. Winnings generated from Free Play can be cashed out. Promotions and offers are on ly available during TCN’s hours of operation. Free Play offers are only redeemable at TCN. Rewards Club® members are solely responsible for ensuring that their name, address, and contact information in TCN’s database are accurate. TCN assumes no liability for incorrect information in the database, incorrect mail, failure to pick up mail, or any consequential damages arising from including, but not limited to, forfeiture of offer. TCN is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards, comps or cash-related offers. No purchase necessary. Prizes are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the named account holder. Only official entries will be accepted; no reproductions will be allowed.

  1. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the promotion, you grant TCN, its representatives, assignees, and transferees the right to photograph and/or take video of you. You further authorize the use of your likeness or image for print and/or video, with or without your name, for publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content to promote TCN as they see fit. Contestants further agree that they will not receive any compensation for the use of their likeness or image described above. Names and likenesses of promotional winners(s) may be used by TCN for promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

  1. MODIFICATIONS & REGULATORY APPROVAL: TCN is the host and sole judge of the promotion and awarding of prizes and reserves the right to change or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice to eligible Rewards Club® members. Management reserves all rights to change, cancel, or modify the promotion or drawing with prior notification to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Standard Rules will be resolved by TCN management in a manner deemed to be the fairest to all concerned; that decision shall be final and binding to all contestants. All promotional offers are subject to regulatory approval.

    Earning Period: Thursdays in August 9am-7:59pm

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. CN Rewards Club Members earn one entry for every 1 point earned on slots.
    2. Entries accumulate throughout the promotion unless otherwise noted.
    3. Five non-guaranteed winners will be called every hour from 3pm-8pm.
    4. Winners claim their prize in the promotions area to participate in Putt for Play.
    5. The participant must putt the ball from the spot that is marked by a marketing associate.
    6. If the participant is unable to putt the ball a marketing associate or a Player Development employee will do it for them.
    7. The participants will each have 3 attempts to putt the ball into one of three holes.
    8. Each hole will be marked with different Free Play amounts.
    9. If the player putts the ball into the far-right hole they will win $100 Free Play.
    10. If the player putts the ball into the far-left hole they will win $200 Free Play.
    11. If the player putts the ball into the middle hole they will win $300 Free Play.
    12. If the player misses all 3 putts, they will still receive $50 in Free Play.
    13. The prizes do not stack, whatever prize amount is the best will be awarded to the participant.
    14. Prizes are added to winners’ cards by staff and can be downloaded at any slot machine.

    1. All qualified TCN Rewards Club members who received a supplemental offer and are present during the promotional period will be eligible to swipe at a promotional kiosk to play our Mystery Fridays Kiosk Game and receive a Free Play prize.
    2. Free Play offers other than the $2500 Free Play grand prize are based on individual play criteria. The weekly grand prize winner is chosen at random.
    3. The maximum prize available each week will be the $2500 Free Play Grand Prize, chosen at random among qualified players.
    4. Free Play will be valid for 7 days from the time it is awarded and will be automatically added to the guest’s account after they complete the kiosk game.

    4. There will be a minimum of 700 total gift cards of different denominations.
    5. Only one redemption slip can be redeemed per person.
    6. The maximum amount available will be $125.

    8. If a patron returns a gift card due to a defect, a new card may be issued once verification of the defect has been completed. In such cases, when a new card needs to be issued to replace the defective card, a new slip must be generated to account for the card being issued. The issuance of a defective card should be noted on the slip, noting the last 4 digits of the card being replaced and the issuer’s gaming signature. The replacement slip should then be returned to audit with the defective gift card.

  • Woodlands Fayette LLC is not responsible for card malfunction, lost, stolen or misused cards, comps or cash-related offers. It is the guests responsibility to properly insert their Rewards Club card into the slot machine when playing and to request a replacement if their card is not working properly.
  • Management reserves the right to edit or adjust memberships and points at any time subject to applicable state gaming laws.

Introducing The Rewards Club

Welcome! The Rewards Club allows you to earn points when playing slots and video poker. You will find the whole process fun and easy to understand.

Understanding your Tier Score:

With The Rewards Club, you can increase your tier status with play AND earn redeemable points for food, beverage, and Free Play.

Your tier score will determine the tier (and benefits) you will hold for the entire following earning period. Points are accumulated throughout an annual calendar year. If you reach the threshold for any higher tier during the earning period, you will be instantly upgraded, and you’ll keep that tier through the next earning period.

Insert your Rewards Club card at any slot or video poker game:

$1 played on slots = 1 redeemable point AND 1 point toward your tier score

$2 played on video poker or Keno= 1 redeemable point AND 2 points toward your tier score

5,000 points = $5 Free Play

REWARDS CLUB TIER LEVELS

There are three tier levels in The Rewards Club that members can achieve:

Tier 1 (Silver): Required Biannual Tier Points: 0-24,999

Tier 2 (Gold): Required Biannual Tier Points: 25,000-74,999

Tier 3 (Black): Required Biannual Tier Points: 75,000+

ANNUAL TIER EARNING PERIODS

There are two earning periods each year:

  1. January 1-June 30
  2. July 1-December 31

On January 1 and July 1, players are placed into their tier level based on the last earning period, respectively.

Also, at the start of each earning period, tier points are reset to zero, and Rewards Club members will start their requalification period for the next earning period.

MID-PERIOD TIER UPGRADES

Once a Rewards Club member earns enough tier points to reach the next level, they are automatically upgraded by the system. They will also carry that tier level through the next earning period.

Rewards Club members maintain their upgraded tier status through the next earning period.

If a Rewards Club member does not earn the required number of points in an earning period, they will be downgraded to the appropriate tier on January 1 or July 1, whichever is closest

Example:

Mary Smith is a Silver Card Club member on January 1, 2026, when her tier points reset to zero. She plays regularly and earns her 25,000th tier point on May 3, 2026. On May 4, the system automatically upgrades her to the Gold Tier level. Mary maintains Gold status through December 31, 2026 because she qualified in the first earning period.

On July 1, 2026, her tier point balance resets to zero.

To maintain Gold status beyond January 1, 2027, she must earn at least 25,000 tier points between July and December 2026.

TIER LEVEL NOTIFICATIONS

If a player receives an upgrade mid-period, they will receive an email notifying them about the upgrade, how long it is valid, and a special offer (TBD).

In May and November of each earning period, players who are at risk of getting downgraded will be notified via email. The email will state that the tier status is in jeopardy if they do not earn [X] number of points by June 30 or December 31, respectively. This prevents surprises for club members when they lose their tier status.

TIER RE-RANKING EXECUTION

The tier re-ranking will take place at 6am on January 1, and July 1, each year by the IT department and the results are validated by our marketing and finance teams.

EXPIRATION DATES ON CARDS

It is helpful to add the expiration date on the cards so players know when they must meet the next tier deadline.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I forget to use my Rewards Club card while I play?

Tier points can only be earned when a valid Rewards Club card is properly inserted or presented during play. Players should always ensure their card is being tracked before beginning play. Missing points due to uncarded play may not be eligible for adjustment.

What if I am away for several months? Will that affect my tier ranking?

Possibly. Tier status is based solely on the number of tier points earned during each earning period. Players who are inactive for an extended period may not earn enough points to maintain their current tier level during the next re-ranking period.

Can I be downgraded during the earning period?

No. Once a player reaches a tier level, they will maintain that tier for the remainder of the current earning period and throughout the following earning period. Tier downgrades only occur during the official re-ranking dates on January 1 and July 1.

If I earn Black Card status on May 20, 2026, how long will I keep it?

If a player earns Black Card status on May 20, 2026, they will maintain Black Card status through December 31, 2026. To maintain Black Card status beyond that date, the player must requalify during the July 1-December 31, 2026 earning period.
