Standard Rules For Promotions

1. ELIGIBILITY: Must be a Rewards Club® member and at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in The Casino at Nemacolin promotions (hereinafter the “promotions”). Employees of The Casino at Nemacolin, its related companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, immediate family members of employees of The Casino at Nemacolin that are directly involved in the execution of the promotional event, and all persons listed on any Pennsylvania or The Casino at Nemacolin (“TCN”) Exclusion and/or Self Exclusion list(s) are ineligible to participate. Immediate family members are defined as a spouse, brother, sister, father, mother, child, or grandparent. Must have a valid, acceptable form of identification. Acceptable forms of identification include valid state-issued driver’s license, valid state-issued photo identification card, valid passport, or Green Card. Expired identification is defined as invalid and will not be accepted. No other form of identification will be accepted.

 

2. STANDARD RULES: TCN promotions are open to all TCN Rewards Club® members unless otherwise noted in promotional rule submissions; TCN additionally reserves all rights to operate and execute private and invited events or promotions based on a specific criterion of its choice at its discretion. TCN is not responsible for any player tracking system malfunctions or failures; TCN reserves the right to execute the promotion, select winners or print valid entries through an alternate random method or reschedule the drawing to another available time or date. The winner(s) are responsible for all associated licensing, fees and taxes. TCN reserves the right to award bonus entries via advertising, direct mail or other promotional means. TCN may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud or violation of promotional rules or other misconduct related to the promotion or otherwise. If unforeseen and unavoidable technical difficulties occur such as power outages, promotional kiosk malfunctions, etc.

3. PRIZES; CLAIMING: Winning eligible and invited Rewards Club® members must claim their prize within the allotted time frame specified in each promotional rule submission. Hosts, Players Club associates, Slot attendants (or above), Floor Supervisors (or above) or a designated marketing employee may verify winners within the allotted promotional time frame if the winner cannot reasonably claim the prize at the designated promotional area within the allotted time frame. For cash prizes or prize items valued at over $125, guests will receive an IRS W9 form from the Rewards Club. For cash prizes or prize items valued at over $600, guests will receive an IRS W9 form and a 1099 form from the Rewards Club. In the event the player must play a game or pick from hidden prizes to determine their prize amount, they must respond within a reasonable timeframe. Appropriate timeframe to be determined by the designated marketing or player development employee. Refer to internal control 465a.7 for additional details relating to promotional prizes and procedures.

 

4. LIMITATIONS: Free Play, Direct Bet, dining credits, and discretionary offers are non-cashable. Rewards Club® members may win more than one prize per day. Winnings generated from Free Play can be cashed out. Promotions and offers are only available during TCN’s hours of operation. Free Play offers are only redeemable at TCN. Rewards Club® members are solely responsible for ensuring that their name, address, and contact information in TCN’s database are accurate. TCN assumes no liability for incorrect information in the database, incorrect mail, failure to pick up mail, or any consequential damages arising therefrom including, but not limited to, forfeiture of offer. TCN is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards, comps or cash-related offers. No purchase necessary. Prizes are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the named account holder. Only official entries will be accepted, no reproductions will be allowed

5. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the promotion, you grant TCN, its representatives, assignees, and transferees the right to photograph and/or take video of you. You further authorize the use of your likeness or image for print and/or video, with or without your name, for publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content to promote TCN as they see fit. Contestants further agree that they will not receive any compensation for the use of their likeness or image described above. Names and likenesses of promotional winners(s) may be used by TCN for promotional purposes and without further compensation.

 

6. MODIFICATIONS & REGULATORY APPROVAL: TCN is the host and sole judge of the promotion and awarding of prizes and reserves the right to change or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice to eligible Rewards Club® members. Management reserves all rights to change, cancel, modify the promotion or drawing with prior notification to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Standard Rules will be resolved by TCN management in a manner deemed to be the fairest to all concerned; that decision shall be final and binding to all contestants. All promotional offers are subject to regulatory approval.

Rules for Featured Promotions

  • Ace Race

    Ace Race

    Thursdays in February | 4:00pm-8:00pm

    Earning Period: Thursdays in February from 9:00am-8:00pm

     

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. CN Rewards Club Members earn one entry for every 50 Tier Score
    2. Entries accumulate throughout the promotion unless otherwise noted.
      3. Four non-guaranteed winners will be drawn hourly on the hour.
      4. Winners claim their prize at the front desk and choose a suit (Diamond, Heart, Spade, Club) for their Ace in the Race, in the order drawn.
      5. Using two standard decks and a shuffler, four Aces (one per suit) become the players’ racers.
      6. A racetrack of 10 face-down cards will be set up.
      7. A marketing or player development employee will deal and reveal cards one at a time.
      8. Each drawn card moves the matching suit Ace forward one space.
      9. As Aces land on face-down cards, they’re revealed and advance the matching suit Ace again.
      10. The first Ace to match 11 cards of its suit wins the race.
      11. The winning Ace earns its player $300 in Free Play; 2nd place wins $250 in Free Play, 3rd place wins $125 in Free Play, and 4th place wins $75 in Free Play.
      12. Prizes are added to winners’ cards by staff and can be downloaded at any slot machine.
      13. Free Play expires 7 days after issuance.
      14. Guests must be present to win.
      15. Guests may win only once per drawing day.
      16. All documentation will be submitted for revenue audit verification.

  • Stone Cold Wins

    Drawing times: Wednesdays in February, 3:00pm-7:00pm 

    Earning period: Wednesdays in February, 9:00am-7:00pm 

     

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions: 

     

    1. CN Rewards Club Members earn one entry for every 50 Tier Score.
    2. Entries accumulate throughout the promotion unless otherwise noted.
    3. Five non-guaranteed winners will be called every hour from 3pm-7pm.
    4. Winners claim their prize in the promotions area to participate in Stone Cold Wins.
    5. The participant must slide the stone across the board, releasing behind the line marked by a marketing employee.
    6. The participants will each have four attempts to slide the stone into one of the Free Play prize areas.
    7. If the player slides the stone in one of the rings, they will have the choice to keep going or take their current prize.
    8. If the player knocks one stone off of a ring with another one, the score no longer counts.
    9. If the player slides two stones into the target area, the lesser free play amount stone will be taken off the board.
    10. Whatever prize amount is greater, the participant will receive.
    11. The scores of each attempt do not stack.
    12. There will be five different Free Play amounts they can win, $500, $350, $200, $100 and $50.
    13. If the player slides the stone onto the outermost ring “blue ring” they will win $100 Free Play.
    14. If the player slides the stone onto the middle ring “white ring” they will win $200 Free Play.
    15. If the player slides the stone onto the inner ring “red ring” they will win $350 Free Play.
    16. If the player slides the stone onto the very center of the circle, “the button”, they will win $500 Free Play.
    17. If the player misses all zones, they will receive $50 Free Play.
    18. The stone must be more than halfway on a ring for the prize to be awarded, at the discretion of a marketing employee.
    19. Prizes are added to winners’ cards by staff and can be downloaded from any slot machine.
    20. Free Play expires 7 days after issuance.
    21. Guests must be present to win.
    22. Guests may win only once per drawing day.

    All documentation will be submitted for revenue audit verification.

  • Puck Drop

    Tuesdays in February from 3:00pm – 7:00pm

    Earning Period: Every Thursday in February from 9:00am-7:00pm

     

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. CN Rewards Club Members receive one free entry at The Casino at Nemacolin per day during the promotional time frame.
    2. CN Rewards Club Members earn one additional entry with every 50 points earned toward their Tier Score playing slot machines or every 15 minutes played at a table game starting at 9:00am on February 3.
    3. CN Rewards Club Members will continue to receive entries in the above-described manner throughout the duration of the promotion unless otherwise noted below.
    4. During the weekly drawings, 5 non-guaranteed winners will be drawn every hour on the hour during the promotional time frame to play our Puck Drop game.
    5. Guests are only eligible to win once per drawing day.
    6. The maximum Free Play prize will be $500.
    7. Prizes will be issued in the following manner:
    1. Free Play prizes: Will be added to the winners’ card by a marketing or player development associate and can be automatically downloaded at any slot machine
    2. Free Play prizes will expire seven days after issuance.
    3. All applicable documentation will be submitted to revenue audit for verification of accuracy and adherence to the comp matrix

    Eligibility: All TCN Rewards Club members

    1. Rewards Club Members may earn points through slot or card play during the promotional earning period, Fridays in February, 5:00-9:00pm.
    2. Once a qualifying point threshold is met, swipe your Rewards Club card at any of our promotional kiosks, print your prize slip, and drop it into the corresponding prize drum for a chance to win in our hourly drawings!
    3. Must be present to win.
    4. TCN Rewards Club members may qualify for each prize drawing each Friday and may be drawn more than once each Friday.
    5. Drawing winners are limited to one qualifying prize per drawing only if the corresponding prize slip is entered into the prize drum and meets the qualifying point threshold for that hour’s drawing.
    6. Slips entered prize drums that do not meet the point threshold for said prize drawing will be forfeited and redrawn.
    7. Must be present to win.
    8. Prizes are while supplies last, and in the case where a prize may not be available, arrangements will be made with the winner to receive the prize later when available.

    2. The qualifying coins that are accepted are as follows: Pennies, Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, Half Dollars, and $1 coins.
    3. There is no limit to the number of times that coins are allowed to be exchanged, and Rewards Club members will not be charged for this service.
    4. Free Play will be added to the guest’s Rewards Club Card by a Rewards Club/Cage associate and will expire 30 days after issuance.

    3. During these events, The Casino at Nemacolin will offer games such as a wheel spin or picking a hidden prize to win, or will simply distribute Giveaway items, Free Play, Dining Credits, or Entries to Drawings.
    4. All games are free to participate in. No purchase necessary.  Slot machine or table play is not required.
    5. All items will be provided to guests 21 and up.
    6. While supplies last.
    7. Bonus Entries must be presented at the CN Rewards Club during the promotional time frame for entries to be

    valid.

1      Membership is free.

2      Only 1 person permitted per Rewards Club membership, and rewards are non-transferable.

  1. Membership status is reviewed periodically. Woodlands Fayette LLC reserves the right to adjust membership status for any reason.
  2. Management reserves the right to edit or adjust memberships and points at any time, subject to applicable state gaming laws.
  3. Management reserves the right to revoke or deny membership if the individual has not complied with the program in any manner, inclusive of the rules, or as a result of any misuse of the Rewards Club card and programs or any associated Woodlands Fayette, LLC player card programs.
  4. To accumulate points on slots or video poker, the Rewards Club card must be inserted in the machine If the card is removed prior to earning 1 point, the countdown will restart. To accumulate points on table games, the Rewards Club card must be presented to a table game supervisor.
  5. It is the guest’s responsibility to properly insert his/her Rewards Club card into the slot machine when playing or to submit it to the table games supervisor prior to commencing play at a table game.
  6. Rated slot and table games play will be eligible to receive Tier Score based on play.
  7. Rated slot and table games play will be eligible to receive reward points based on play.
  8. Tier score points are not redeemable. Redemption of Reward Points does not affect Tier Score.
  9. Rated Slots and Table games players will earn comps based on play. Redemption of comps does not affect Tier Score.
  10. Rewards Club members’ tier level is determined by tier score earned during a 12-month time frame.
  11. Time frames consist of:
    1. January 1, 2025, through January 31, 2025
  12. Rewards Club membership reward points will expire 13 months from the last date a member has played.
