Standard Rules For Promotions

1. Guests must have a The Casino at Nemacolin Rewards Club Card (unless otherwise notes) and valid, government-issued photo ID to participate and claim all prizes.

2. A valid photo ID is defined as a Driver’s License; State issued identification card, Passport, and/or Green Card.

3. All promotions are open to all Rewards Club members unless otherwise noted.

4. The Casino at Nemacolin is not responsible for lost, stolen
or misused cards, comps or cash-related offers.

5. Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

6. Guest must be in good status and must not be on exclusion
or PA self-exclusion list.

7. All drawings take place under surveillance and will be
broadcast throughout the casino and in gaming areas.

8. Promotional entries can only be earned on the specified
promotional dates during the specified promotional timeframe.

9. It is the responsibility of the individual players to activate entries
in system-generated drawings by swiping at the promotional
kiosk or utilizing their Rewards Club card for rated play within one hour of each drawing, unless otherwise stated in the rules for a specific promotion. There is no maximum number of entries per day awarded playing slots or tables.

10. Only official entries will be accepted, no reproductions
will be allowed.

11.. In a non-system generated drawing, the drawing barrel will be
emptied at the conclusion of the drawing unless otherwise noted.

12. Guests must be present to win unless otherwise stated.

13. For cash prizes and for prize items valued at over $150, guests will be required to fill out an IRS form W9.

14. The Casino at Nemacolin is not responsible for any player
tracking system malfunctions or failures. However, in the event
of such an occurrence, The Casino at Nemacolin will provide entries for slot players and table players in a manner deemed fairest by management.

15. Free Play, Match Play and dining credits are valid one time
only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

16. All prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise noted.

17. The winner(s) are responsible for all associated licensing,
fees and taxes.

18.. Participation in any promotion constitutes the entrant’s
agreement to abide by the rules of the promotion.

19. The Casino at Nemacolin reserves the right to award bonus
entries via advertising, direct mail or other promotional means.

20. Only official entries will be accepted. No reproductions
will be allowed.

21. Winners will be announced by a designated marketing or
player development employee and will be directed to a
specific location in the casino.

22. Winners will have (5) minutes to claim prize unless otherwise
stated in the rules.

23. A designated marketing or player development employee will
verify winner’s identity, ensure they are not on the exclusion/PA
self-exclusion list and comply with the terms and conditions of the promotion. Once the winner’s identity and compliance has been verified, a designated marketing or player development employee will award prizes based on the rules for the specific promotion.

24. Hosts, Rewards Club, Slot attendants (or above), Floor Supervisors
(or above) or a designated marketing employee can verify the winner within the allotted time without the winner actually responding to claim the prize within the allotted time. The player does need to be present and on-property unless stated in the specific promotional rules. In the event the player must play a game or pick from hidden prizes to determine their prize amount, they must respond within a reasonable timeframe. Appropriate timeframe to be determined by the designated marketing or player development employee.

25. A casino designee will load Free Play prizes. Free Play prizes can be downloaded at any machine.  Cash prizes must be redeemed the day they are awarded.  All physical prizes will be issued by a casino designee at the time of the drawing.

Rules for Featured Promotions

  • Puck Drop

    Puck Drop

    Thursdays in August | 3:00pm- 7:00pm

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. CN Rewards Club Members earn one entry with every 50 Tier Score earned on Thursdays in August from 9am- 7pm.
    2. CN Rewards Club Members will continue to receive entries in the above described manner throughout the duration of the promotion unless otherwise noted below.
    3. 5 non-guaranteed winners will be drawn every hour on the hour during the above described drawing time. Winners who claim their prize at the Nemacolin Experience desk will play our Puck Drop game to win a Free Play prize.
    4. If there are no winners, then the drawing for that hour will conclude.
    5. Guests are only eligible to win once per drawing day.
    6. Maximum Free Play prize will be $500.
    7. Guests must be present to win.
    8. Prizes will be issued in the following manner.
    9. Free Play prizes: Will be added to the winners’ card by a marketing or player development associate and can be automatically downloaded at any slot machine.

  • Hot Seat

    Tuesdays in September | 4:00-8:00pm

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. This promotion is only available to guests with a Rewards Club Cards.
    2. 5 non-guaranteed winners every hour during promotional time frame.
    3. Hot seat winners will be selected via the floor scan application within the Oasis system
    4. Each Hot Seat winner will be rewarded with $200 Free Play.
    5. If there are no winners, then the drawing for that hour will conclude.
    6. Guests are only eligible to win once per drawing day.
    7. Prizes will be issued in the following manner:
      1. Free Play prizes: Will be added to the winners’ card by a marketing or player development associate and can be automatically downloaded at any slot machine
    8. Free Play prizes will expire seven days after issuance.
    9. All applicable documentation will be submitted to revenue audit for verification of accuracy and adherence to comp matrix.

    1. Based on specific play criteria, CN Rewards Club members in our direct mail database will receive a Free Play offer.
    2. The maximum prize available will be $250 Free Play.
    3. Free Play offers will automatically be awarded to the Rewards Club member’s account.

    Saturday, September 21

    Earning Period: 9:00am-9:00pm

    Drawing: 5:00pm-9:00pm

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. All CN Rewards Club members who earn 100 points toward their Tier Score during the promotional time frame will be eligible to enter into our Gridiron Giveaway drawing.
    2. From 5pm-8pm, drawings will take place every hour on the hour with 5 guaranteed being drawn to pick from hidden prizes with one winner receiving a prize
    3. Prizes from 5pm-8pm will consist of various black and gold merchandise, apparel and memorabilia.
    4. All non-prize winners will receive $75 in Free Play
    5. The grand finale drawing will take place at 9pm, with 5 guaranteed winners being drawn to pick from hidden prizes.
    6. The prize for the grand finale drawing will be two tickets to the Pittsburgh pro football game on November, 17 against Baltimore.
    7. All non-prize winners for the grand finale will receive $150 Free Play.

    Saturday, September 28 | 8:00pm

    Earning Period: 9am- 11:59pm, September 1-28

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. CN Rewards Club Members receive one free entry at The Casino at Nemacolin per day during the promotional time frame.
    2. CN Rewards Club Members earn one additional entry with every 100 Tier Score earned from September 1- September 28 from 9:00am-11:59pm.
    3. CN Rewards Club Members earn one additional entry for every 15 minutes played at table games from September 1- September 28 from 9:00am-11:59pm.
    4. CN Rewards Club Members will continue to receive entries in the above described manner throughout the duration of the promotion unless otherwise noted below.
    5. 10 guaranteed winners will be drawn during the above described drawing time. Winners who claim their prize at the Nemacolin Experience desk will pick from hidden prizes to determine which guests received the gift.
    6. Prizes will be distributed on the following date:
    1. September 28: 2024 Ford F350 XLT
    2. All non-physical prize winners will receive $250 Free Play.
    1. The finalist who wins the Ford F350 XLT will have 5 minutes from the time they open their envelope to choose between the vehicle and the cash prize value for the vehicle.
    2. The cash prize value for the Ford F350 XLT is valued at $45,000.
    3. In the event the grand prize winner chooses the vehicle as their prize, they will have 7 calendar days to remove it from CN property. If they do not adhere to this rule, their prize will automatically revert to the cash option correlated with their vehicle. The cash prize will be placed in safe keeping under the winner’s name and the winner will receive written and/or verbal notification of the action.  The winner(s) are responsible for all associated licensing, fees, and taxes.
    4. Once the winners’ identification has been verified, their prize will be issued in the following manner:

    3. Gift cards will be available while supplies last.
    4. There will be a minimum of 700 total gift cards.
    5. The maximum amount available will be $125.

    Wednesdays in September from 4:00pm-8:00pm

    1. This promotion is only available to guests with a Rewards Club Card.
    2. 5 non-guaranteed winners every hour during promotional time frame.
    3. Hot seat winners will be selected via a random number generator.
    4. Each Hot Seat winner will be rewarded with $100 cash.
    5. If there are no winners, then the drawing for that hour will conclude.
    6. Guests are only eligible to win once per drawing day.
    7. Prizes will be issued in the following manner:
      1. Cash prizes: Winners will be printed a prize redemption slip which can then be redeemed at the Rewards Club to claim their prize.
    8. All applicable documentation will be submitted to revenue audit for verification of accuracy and adherence to comp matrix.

  • Cash Cube

    Thursdays in September from 4:00pm – 8:00pm

    Earning Period: Drawing days from 9:00am-7:59pm

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. CN Rewards Club members can earn 100 Tier Points to receive 1 drawing entry from 9:00am-7:59pm on drawing days.
    2. 10 guaranteed participants will be randomly selected every hour during the promotional time frame with one winner being selected to enter our wind machine for a chance to grab Free Play prizes or up to $5,000 cash.
    3. All other participants will receive $75 in Free Play.
    4. Prizes over $1,200 will be awarded as cash.
    5. If the selected guest is not physically able to enter the wind machine, they will automatically be awarded $250 in Free Play.
    6. Guests are only eligible to win once per drawing date.

  • Jackpot Party

    Sunday November 24th from 7:00pm – 9:00pm

    1. Drawings will be held between 7:00pm and 9:00pm
    2. Participants will receive 1 entry in the drawing for each $1,200+ jackpot win anytime throughout the months of September, October and November.
    3. Participants are encouraged to bring a guest. The participant’s guest will receive one entry to the drawing.
    4. A total prize pool of $2,500 will be awarded to multiple winners throughout the duration of the drawings.
    5. Guests can win up to four (4) times during this drawing.
    6. Winners will choose an envelope containing a cash prize or Free Play prize.

  • NEW MEMBER GIVEAWAY

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. All New Member CN Rewards Club card sign-ups, a The Casino at Nemacolin Rewards Club card are eligible to participate in this promotion on the calendar day they activate their CN Rewards Club membership.
    2. Upon card sign up, the new CN Rewards Club members will be entered into the promotion.
    3. The Free Play offer being awarded will be $10 Free Play.
    4. Free Play offer will automatically be added to the guests Rewards Card once they redeem their prize at a promotional kiosk and will expire one day after issuance.

  • CIGARETTE PACK GIVEAWAY PROGRAM

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. To be eligible, CN Rewards Club members must have rated play within the prior 365 days.
    2. CN Rewards Club members may be awarded pack(s) of cigarettes by receiving a player complimentary based on their play during the eligible time frame.

  • OFF PROPERTY EVENTS

    August 1 – August 31

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. Offers may include Giveaway items, Free Play, Match Play, Dining Credits or Bonus Entries to Drawings.
    2. The Casino at Nemacolin will periodically participate in off property events such as fairs, flea markets, picnics, parties etc.
    3. During these events, The Casino at Nemacolin will offer games such as a wheel spin or picking a hidden prize to win or will simply distribute Giveaway items, Free Play, Match Play, Dining Credits or Entries to Drawings.
    4. All games are free to participate. No purchase necessary.  Slot machine or table play is not required.
    5. All items will be provided to guests 21 and up.
    6. While supplies last.
    7. Bonus Entries must be presented at the CN Rewards Club during the promotional time frame for entries to be valid.

  • RANDOM GIVEAWAYS

In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

1. Membership is free.

2. Only 1 person permitted per Rewards Club membership and rewards are non-transferable.

3. Membership status is reviewed periodically. Woodlands Fayette, LLC reserves the right to adjust membership status for any reason.

4. Management reserves the right to edit or adjust memberships and points at any time subject to applicable state gaming laws.

5. Management reserves the right to revoke or deny membership if the individual has not complied with the program in any manner inclusive of the rules or as a result of any misuse of the Rewards Club card and programs or any associated Woodlands Fayette, LLC player card programs.

6. To accumulate points on slots or video poker, the Rewards Club card must be inserted in the machine If the card is removed prior to earning 1 point, the countdown will restart. To accumulate points on table games the Rewards Club card must be presented to a table game supervisor.

7. It is the guest’s responsibility to properly insert his/her Rewards Club card into the slot machine when playing or to submit it to the table games supervisor prior to commencing play at a table game.

8. Rated slot and table games play will be eligible to receive Tier Score based on play.

9. Rated slot and table games play will be eligible to receive reward points based on play.

10. Tier score points are not redeemable. Redemption of Reward Points does not affect Tier Score.

11. Rated Slots and Table games players will earn comps based on play. Redemption of comps does not affect Tier Score.

12. Rewards Club member’s tier level is determined by tier score earned during a 12-month time frame.*

13. Time frames consist of:

  • January 1st, 2024 through December 31st, 2024

14. Rewards Club membership reward points will expire 13 months from the last date a member has played.
